Our Delivery Associates are the heart of 323 Logistics Solutions. You’ll deliver Amazon packages, operate safe and modern vehicles, and represent our team with professionalism and pride.

What You’ll Do:

• Load packages into your delivery van

• Follow safe driving practices

• Deliver 200+ packages per day

• Provide excellent customer service

• Work independently while staying connected to your team

• Have fun with a fast-paced job in a supportive culture (Excellence, Safety, Support)

Requirements:

• Must be 21+

• Valid driver’s license

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs

• Able to work weekends

• Positive attitude and reliability
